At Nanocode, we strive to provide high-quality products and a fair, transparent return process for our customers. Please review the refund and return conditions carefully before making a purchase.


General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused and unopened

  • the original seal must remain intact

  • the item must be in original packaging

  • proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless they arrived damaged or defective.


Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before shipping.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

  • photos, if relevant

If approved, we will provide:

  • a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • the correct return instructions

Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return once delivered according to this policy.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • the product is returned unopened and sealed

  • the return has been approved

  • the item is received and inspected

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval, please contact us.


EU & UK Consumer Rights

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right:

  • products must be unused

  • products must remain unopened and sealed

  • items must be returned in their original packaging

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed consumable goods once they have been opened.

Customers wishing to withdraw from a purchase must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


United Kingdom Customers

Customers located in the United Kingdom may have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days, provided they remain sealed and unused.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee under specific conditions.

To qualify:

  • the product must have been used according to instructions

  • the customer must provide reasonable proof of use

  • the request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fair use of the guarantee.

This guarantee does not affect your legal consumer rights.


Compensation & Resolutions

In some cases, we may offer alternative resolutions such as:

  • partial refunds

  • store credit

  • product replacements

  • discount codes

If a customer voluntarily accepts such a resolution, it may be considered the final resolution of the request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or used consumables

  • products with broken safety seals

  • items damaged due to misuse

  • gift cards

  • promotional or free items

  • clearance items marked as final sale

Where required by law, consumer withdrawal rights may still apply.


Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

If a payment dispute occurs, we will provide relevant documentation to the payment provider including order details, delivery confirmation, and customer communication.
